Brain Cancer Awareness - from a Patient's Perspective

1st MRI Day
Statistics

On 12/6/04, I had my first MRI in reaction to Grand Mal Seizures. A brain tumor the size of a lemon was discovered, which means it had probably been growing for 5-10 years. At each annual physical exam prior to this, I was a model of good health. But, those annual exams never included an MRI.

In the battle against brain tumors & brain cancer, the sooner we know about a tumor, the better. There is no immunity, so leverage the power of information by getting your 1st MRI today. Don't put it off until later – it is critical to be proactive rather than reactive. This is the kind of action that can save your life.
