BethAnn Telford and me at the end of the Race for Hope 5K. BethAnn participated as a serious runner, and I strolled the 5K talking with friends and family and total strangers. (By the way, I have no idea what these medals were for…so I just slipped mine around the neck of a little kid when we were leaving the event. She was thrilled.)
