BethAnn Telford and me at the Race for Hope in Washington, DC. This annual event was held on the 7th of May, 2006 at Freedom Plaza in Washington, D.C. (See www.curebraintumors.org for more information). BethAnn organized Team BT (BethAnn Telford) and had a tent where friends and family could gather in support. BethAnn and I have a common friend in the world of bookbinding named Gianluca, which is how we met when Gianluca learned that we both have brain tumors. (BethAnn is a professional bookbinder!)
